Our company ships it through EMS and an extra cost can be charged for the countries where EMS isn't available.

If you pay the extra cost, it will be shipped through UPS.

2. In general, a doll will be delivered in 60~90 days.

    We will start manufacturing the doll one day after payment is received.

    Dolls are made on order, so orders cannot be canceled or changed once we start manufacturing.

3. If a doll was damaged by the owner’s mishandling or negligence, the part can be replaced at a cost or non-interchangeable.

4. Since it is handmade doll, there are gate marks, little dust and parting lines which form during casting a doll.
