Hello, I don’t know if you sent my order to me or not because a while ago I entered to my order history and I found nothing Written you have no order history??

 and nothing has arrived to me, even the delivery Company did not send me any message  that there is a new order  for me and this worries me a lot and my order history  Empty with no orders . Please tell me what happens 

I honestly don't remember what the order number is ??
but my order was elf gene with her new outfit .
