Hello, my doll was shipped yesterday, but the tracking number is invalid - when I try to use it I get a pop up saying "The shipping carrier does not offer tracking, or the order/shipping information provided is incorrect."

The shipping notice you send me althou lists the shipping cost at $57.84, and I had to upgrade the shipping to premium (UPS), which I assume is more expensive? It is possible that you send me a wrong shipping document?
