I would like to add a Mocha SD head to this order (normal skin with faceup and LARGE neck opening). When I try to check out, there is no international shipping price and I can't get to Paypal even after refreshing several times as instructed. Can you send a Paypal invoice to kathypuckett@comcast.net and add this head to my original order (Gene SD head).  Also if you pierce ears, I would like both heads with pierced ears. Thank you.

    Spam I have tried again and it went through. Maybe because it is a new day? I was charged shipping for both heads. Can they be combined shipping? If so, can I be reimbursed for some of the shipping costs? Thank you.
