I made my last lay a way payment for order #20190826-0000012 via the PP invoice you sent on December 2, and my order status is still showing "Queued for payment". I just wanted to make sure you have received my last payment and the order is now considered paid in full. When might I expect the order to ship?

Also, will you be doing any kind of end of year/holiday special? I am trying to decide how to budget my doll spending funds for the holidays.
